Why would I choose an Interior Redesign?

What is a redesign?
Redesign is a term used to describe an affordable service in which a room or rooms are transformed using mostly the homeowner’s belongings. Similar to Interior Designing. The main idea behind redesigning is to reuse and re-purpose your treasured belongings and update the look without spending a fortune on a whole new room of furniture and accessories.
How does it work?
Our Redesign Specialist will visit your home for a brief consultation. During the consultation we ask questions to determine what your style is, what type of changes you seek, and what your day to day life is like. Then we set-up a time for the makeover to take place. Just like on HGTV, we work to create the room you want, usually 3-5 hours, and then you open the door to a transformed space!
Why would I choose an Interior Redesign?
There are many reasons for an Interior Redesign, among them are:
-Feeling that the look of your home is not ‘pulled together’
-Need a change but still love the things you have
-Planning to sell and want to put your best foot forward
-Preparing for an upcoming party in your home
-Rooms feel uncomfortable and/or awkward
-Want a specific look for your home and don’t know where to start
-Your current set-up doesn’t fit the way you live
Do you paint my rooms?
While Forever Functional does not paint or wallpaper we are qualified to perform a color consultation to help you choose the colors you want for your home. Forever Functional also can give you some recommendations for some local reputable painters you can hire to do the actual painting.
Am I going to have to buy all sorts of new things?
The purpose of the redesign is to bring out the best in what you already have. This is green design at it’s best! While we may suggest a few new items to enhance or complete your new look, purchases are always optional.
