This house had been on the market for a while and the owners had moved most of their belongings out of the house leaving us a limited amount of furniture and accessories to work with. That being said, simply using some appropriate space planning and getting creative with artwork and accessories to showcase focal points, we were able to make this house feel much more warm and inviting - changing it from a shell of a house into a comfortable family home.

This couple did a lot of entertaining and felt that their living room wasn't quite up to the task. We rearranged the seating to create more intimate conversation areas and relocated their bar to the opposite side of the room giving the space a more cohesive and balanced feel to it. Now there is more seating for guests and a more open feel to the entire room.
They also had this beautiful collection modern art, all by the same artist, but they were scattered through out the house. We gathered them all in this room to make a statement and allow for the works to be truly appreciated as a collection.

Moving into their home, this garage became a dumping ground for everything that had no place to go. Much of the clutter was easily donated or trashed. That left us with a very manageable pile of items which we sorted and assigned specific new homes to. Having a place for everything is key to keeping this organized long term.
